At Kidsely, we’re dedicated to delivering your baby’s essentials with care and love.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all orders above $120.

    • For orders below $120, a small shipping fee of $19.16 will be applied.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details.

  • Delays: Occasionally, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as customs or carrier delays). We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Baby care and bath care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

    • Feeding and weaning accessories

    • Clearance or sale items

  • Return Process:

    1. Email us at Support@kidsely.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

    3. Once your item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
